Supervised Physiotherapy Class

Build strength, improve mobility and stay active in a supportive, physiotherapist-led environment.

Each 60-minute class includes a guided warm-up, functional strength exercises and cardiovascular conditioning in a circuit format.

Every exercise can be modified to suit your individual needs, fitness level and goals.

Unlike a standard gym class, sessions are supervised by a physiotherapist from start to finish, with ongoing coaching, technique correction and exercise progression as you improve.
