Meet Tom

Tom Bayley is the founder and principal physiotherapist at REVIVE Physio in Cronulla.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, Tom worked as a carpenter and later obtained his builder's licence. His journey into physiotherapy began after suffering a lumbar fracture and disc injury while surfing Shark Island in Cronulla.

The long road back to health introduced him to the power of Physiotherapy, strength training, movement, and Pilates. Through his own rehabilitation, Tom experienced firsthand how the right guidance and structured plan can completely change a person's recovery, confidence and quality of life.

That experience inspired a career change and ultimately led him to pursue physiotherapy.

Tom went on to complete a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney.
